Every time you call - stress it’s for Celiac and must be made in the back. Some employees do automatically follow this but not all. So be an advocate and not just assume. Each location is different depending on manager.

This location is not safe if you are a sensitive celiac. Yes, their GF crust is delicious, but they do not keep their ingredients separate. Your pizza will be cross contaminated even though the people are very friendly and helpful.

Truly the best gluten free pizza I've had! Their crust is not gummy or rock hard but really really great. The Omnivore was incredible and the service was friendly. A tad pricy but totally worth it!
