Their gluten free bakery options are cooked in a separate celiac friendly kitchen. They can be baked daily for fresh purchases. All are wrapped and marked with gluten free identifiers located in a specific area of their cafe. From this zone, I’ve eaten their muffins, brownies, Arabic bread, cheesecake, and I will gladly eat more of their scrumptious food. I had no reaction and appreciated the knowledge of their staff and the need for a dedicated kitchen and space for their gluten free items. I plan to return for more tasty baked goods.
