I asked and they have a dedicated fryer for chips. I had several GF options and did not get sick. I’ll be going back

This is a great place... obviously they use gluten it’s a Taco place BUT Very accommodating to sub things for those sensitive to gluten free. My perspective has always been to accept all, not just me.
There is a “gluten sensitive” menu. Stick to that. They evidently use a separate fryer for tortilla chips and the guacamole is delicious. Staff is fairly knowledgeable and willing to ask questions. Interested to see if others have had success.
Update: I had a few questionable experiences with the gluten sensitive menu, so I have not been back.
They do not have a dedicated fryer anymore. The black beans and both of the braised meats contain beer. The only things that are supposedly truly gf are salads, the al pastor taco, the mushroom taco, and the corn (huitlacoche) taco. :(
Went here thinking that they have a dedicated fryer— they do not. Waitress said they can’t guarantee no cross contamination. I am very sensitive so I chose to not even try here. I wouldn’t eat here if you have celiac.
No
I asked the server which tacos were gluten free and she said “all of them”……. Even the ones marinated in beer??? Not off to a great start. But they did have a gluten free menu and I just stuck with a salad to be safe.

I got sick eating here. But I am pretty sure this location closed and is a different restaurant!

The service here was excellent! As soon as I asked if the chips were gluten free, he walked me through the whole menu saying that certain things were breaded, fried, or cooked with beer. The chips are corn chips fried in a dedicated fryer and the salsa was so good! The tacos are tiny so get a few but they are so delicious.

Food was okay but a bit over priced. Everything seemed very rushed. Drinks were solid and the guac is on point.

When I told the waitress that I had a gluten allergy she was knowledgeable and immediately went to the kitchen to ask about the fryers and the rest of the gluten free items I had asked about. We ordered The Trio (chips, salsa, and guacamole), chicken taquitos, and three tacos (pollo verde, pollo diablo, and al pastor) the food was good, my favorite was the taco al pastor. I would not recommend the taquitos, the little bit of filling inside would fall out as soon as you took one bite.
