Great bar and restaurant with something for everyone! The bar manager has severe celiac disease. All fresh juices and syrups are prepared with dedicated utensils and the bar’s ingredients are stored in room away from the flour and bread. She and her staff are obviously very knowledgeable as to what is safe to drink and go above and beyond to make sure everything is prepared safely.The chef and sous chef both have partners who have celiac. They are EXTREMELY careful and knowledgeable about cross contamination. They have a dedicated fryer, but advise celiac guests to opt for something else because it is next to a fryer where flour coated items could potentially contaminate it. All the folks in charge here are on our side, their food and cocktails are killer and the atmosphere is fun and relaxed. What more can I say?
