Chefs wife has celiac and came to our table to explain the menu. We could basically order everything on the menu.... very safe with cross contamination... separate pots/ pans strainers, fryers have no gluten so we could get the fries. Amazing food too!
The chef's wife has a gluten allergy so he's extremely sensitive to GF needs. He's very careful not to cross contaminate. He came out to speak with us which was awesome.
The executive chef's wife has Celiac, so he is very well versed in GF cooking. Server and chef both shared gluten free options on menu and since everything is made to order, all can adjusted. GF gnocchi was delish, dedicated fryer for hand cut fries, even Gf dessert options like a blueberry cheesecake. Italian/New American..city style vibe...very good
