Preguntamos por productos sin gluten, nos ofrecieron de su la carta un plato de arroz verduras y pollo. Cocinan delante de ti, vimos como limpiaron el wok y nos prepararon el plato al momento, el arroz se cocina a parte lo sacan directamenta de la olla donde esta cocinado. hay productos con gluten como pollo empanado y fideos, la posibilidad de contaminacion es muy baja puesto que el cocinero es consciente y prudente al cocinar
