I was really happy to find this place. (Thanks, FMGF!). Almost the entire menu was GF. In fact, the menu is the reverse of normal - they only put a “G” on the menu if it DOES have gluten. All of the soy sauce is GF (they don’t have the gluten style at all).

The sushi and sashimi and miso soup were all excellent. Some of the best sushi I’ve had in awhile. It was great!

Side note: I asked the waiter about the tempura and he wasn’t certain whether the fryer is 100% GF so I skipped it. But I kinda felt like it actually was GF and guessed he was new and just being careful, so I’d ask if you go and want Tempura. I actually appreciated that if anything her erred on the safety side of things.

Seems to be a very safe restaurant with only a few items having gluten with very little risk of cross contamination. I had various signature sushi offerings and they were delicious!

We enjoyed our experience here. Great drinks and most of the menu was gluten free. They use Tamari instead of soy sauce. The server was very open and asked specifically about our dietary needs, and was happy to let us know most of the menu is GF. We’ll be back to try some more items!

Bamboo sushi is amazing! Almost everything on the menu is gluten free and the default is gluten free soy sauce. I come here all the time now to get my sushi fix. Crispy rice rolls are 🔥

There are only 2 items that contain gluten. All of the Sushi dishes are gluten free! They even have a gluten-free tempura. Love this place!

One word: Tempura! We love this place because sushi has been my favorite since before celiac. Incredibly safe, very well versed in celiac, and yum yum! Is a bit pricey, but it’s worth it.

I’m obsessed with this place. Everything on the menu is gluten free with the exception of the burger. I hadn’t had gluten free tempura in years! So good and staff is all super knowledgeable. All sauces are gf as well! Lots of great appetizers and specialty rolls.

Been so long since I’ve had tempura! Amazing food, this is going to be a place we go to all the time!!! 3 celiacs and it was completely safe. Nima gave all smiles too!!!

What an amazing place for those with CD. Safe tempura and fabulously creative rolls. Nearly all is GF except a burger and beers. The table soy sauce is GF Tamari. Everything was delicious and safe. We love the Crispy Rice and the shrimp tempura rolls. We can't get enough of this place.

The entire menu is gluten-free other than two hamburgers which are marked that they have gluten. Amazing gluten-free selection that includes vegetable tempura, sushi, bowls, and many more items, see the attached menu. The restaurant is on the more expensive side, but as far as taste and gluten free they’re excellent. The soy sauce on the table is already gluten-free.

Service is good, and all of their food except their burgers is gluten free! Tempura batter and all sauces included! It reminds me of the days when it didn't matter if I didn't know what something was. Wish the cocktail menu were less whiskey-based, but otherwise excellent experience.

The entire sushi menu is gluten free including the tempura. The soy sauce on the table is actually tamari. The only gluten is in the hamburger and the beers. It was so great to go to a sushi restaurant and not worry about the food. And the restaurant specializes in sustainable seafood. Will definitely be back!

I’ve never had such amazing options at a sushi restaurant, everything, except 3 items is gluten free, including their soy sauce and tempura. It was so fun getting to have tempura! Went with non-gf friends who found it was exceptional food as well.

Except for the bun on the hamburger the entire menu is gluten free. Excellent food with outstanding staff & service. We love their food, always safe, plenty of delicious offerings besides sushi which we don’t partake. We have eaten there many times and taken friends who are not GF who love eating at Bamboo Sushi too. Our favorites are the cucumber salad, spicy & sweet cauliflower with cashew nuts, a white fish served grilled with an orange broth & shrimp tempura!!! Everything on the menu is memorable. It is our favorite restaurant, at a fun venue to visit!
