I’ve been here multiple times. The sushi is absolutely fantastic and the waitstaff are very serious about allergies. The default “soy sauce” on the tables are also GF tamari. A fantastic place that is always a treat to eat at, I can’t recommend it enough!

I was beyond excited to find out the entire menu minus two things is Gluten Free! The tempura was amazing and the amount of variety in the rolls was incredible. Overall we had a wonderful experience and will be coming back!

Awesome experience. Cool part of the city. Entire menu is GF, with items having gluten clearly marked. Gluten free fryer. Can count on one hand the number of times I’ve been able to eat tempura fried sushi. So good!

Had a delicious meal at bamboo. Almost the entire menu is gf. It was so fun to have crunchy rolls with tempura. The fish (coho salmon especially) was really fresh and quite delicious. Some of the rolls on the menu were pretty similar to each other but the meal was really good. Would go back any time. My sensitive celiac tummy had no troubles after eating tons of sushi at Bamboo.

So delicious . Love to eat here so much. Have never gotten sick. Everything is gluten free except for the bread for a couple of sandwiches they offer. Even the shrimp tempura is gluten free yummy !

99% of the menu is gf! It was so fun to go out to sushi and be able to get anything off the menu. Sushi itself isn’t amazing, but they were great about allergies and it’s a fun vibe.

10/10 experience here! Everything on the menu is gluten free except for the buns for burgers. No risk of cross contamination and even their tempura is gluten free! We had the spicy tuna crispy rice, cauliflower and Friday the 13th roll and everything was incredible. This will be a new go to spot for me!

Almost everything is GF, including the tempura, and they have gf tamari on the tables instead of soy sauce! Was so happy to be able to order anything I wanted from a menu without fear of cross contamination!

Menu is clearly labeled. Wait staff could have been more knowledgeable but food was delicious. Can’t beat happy hour prices!

So good and most of the menu is gf instead of just a few options. The menu is marked G for the few items that do contain gluten. GF tempura was nice to have as an option but not the best thing on their menu. I would definitely go back anytime.

I absolutely loved this place. Well-informed and welcoming staff which was great - but the FOOD! The shrimp tempura and the albacore sashimi were highlights but everything was amazing. Last time I had tempura was pre-diagnosis and I was so happy I wanted to hug my server. Highly recommend!

This place was really good. Wouldn’t rate as excellent though. Ordered the spicy salmon crispy rice, Friday the 13th, full circle and nw philly rolls. The full circle was the best!! The rest were good except the spicy salmon crispy rice, neither of us enjoyed that much. I would definitely eat here again but probably not go all out next time
