The food was great tasting, decent portions, great staff. Our waitress Scarlett was knowledgeable about issues with gluten. The have a dedicated gluten free menu. It was a relief for this traveling family to just relax and enjoy our meal!

Bandanas in Cape does an excellent job making sure my family who is all gluten intolerant can eat with no reactions. On one of our first visits there the cook accidentally put bread on our plates. The sever came to ask if we were gluten free just something we did or if it was medical. We replied medical as who would do this for fun. She said oh I am so sorry but we messed up we will have to remake as your meals. We said that was fine. The chef came out to appologize too. We said that was fine We were just so excited he told usThat alone deserves an exceptional review but the story continues. We have gotten take out more than I can say and everytime our order is perfect They always give us another side instead of bread at no extra cost. I love this. So may times a restauant takes off the bread and gives you nothing else but charges you the same not at Bandanas. Wonderful staff and they get it.

Stopped here during a roadtrip. I am celiac and so is my daughter. Lots of options and a gluten free menu. We had the chicken. Potato salad, green beans and apple sauce were the sides. Friendly staff. Recommend!

Some choices. I triple check on safety. I did not have a reaction but it’s definitely a place you need to pay attention to getting safe food. Staff would benefit from training
