Menu is 90 percent gluten free. Only gluten is in 3 types of sausages, buns, beer, and pretzel. They took precautions and put my sausage (black pepper and garlic) on fries. All topping and sauces are gluten free. Felt fine a few hours later, so no reactions. Service amazing. Have cider and wine, if you choose to have an adult beverage, otherwise pop available.
