Asked the manager on the first day of our stay if they had gluten free options for breakfast. She took a photo of me and told the chef. During breakfast I asked to sowas to the chef who reassured me they would make me some rice with vegetables without sauces. I already got gluten free bread before so I decided to take on that offer the next day. I brought him my gf soy sauce and he made me 4 (!!!) dishes! Vegetables, glass noodles with veggies, pancakes with maple syrup and mango-salmon salad. I was speechless and couldn’t eat everything but I felt safe and understood. Would definitely recommend!!
