My waiter didn't even know what gluten was and it was hard to communicate with him because he just didn't understand my allergies at all so my food was bland and terrible.

If you bring your own soy sauce, they will cook the hibachi in the kitchen separately. Soup is GF (they don't put the fried onions in). Salad dressing and hamachi sauces are not. They are familiar with GF requests but I don't understand why they can't just get a bottle of San-j and save everyone the trouble.
