I was told « EVERYTHING at this restaurant is gluten free!! » by the waitress. Unfortunately she failed to know that the Argentinian empanadas were not, and I had quite the reaction. I called the restaurant the next day to ask and it was confirmed. The apologized and mentioned that they would train their staff better. Other than that mistake, the food was delicious, great arepas, Yucca fries, cheese sticks, etc. I will give this restaurant another chance.

Venezuelan street food - we had the arepa sandwiches and Venezuelan (the gf version of empanadas). Dedicated fryer for plaintain, cheese sticks, cassava sticks and doughnuts. We enjoyed our experience and food was great. Hubby is celiac and he did not have any issues. Empanadas are not GF but prepared in separate area and baked.
