Their prices are terrible and their waitstaff isn't helpful. The fries are coated in flour? I don't feel confident ordering anything here.

It seems like this might be the type of place where the server makes the difference. Our server was very knowledgeable about the menu and guided me with what I should or should not order. I ordered plain burgers for my kids and a chicken salad for me. When the fries arrived for our friends the waiter was quick to point out they were not gf. I did not ask about cc. Food was all very tasty. Fun atmosphere. A bit loud but not bad.
