Our waiter was knowledgeable and attentive. The gluten free pizza is prepared off-site and stored separately. It’s prepared in a separate area of the restaurant and cooked on its own tray in the pizza oven. He did warn me about flour in the air but they cleaned all surfaces during prep so I felt safe to eat the pizza.

No gluten free pasta, but there is gluten free pizza crust available. They mentioned it's cooked in a separate pan and they clean off section of oven and use separate utensils. However there is a risk of cross contamination with flour as it's in the same pizza oven. Only options available to avoid cross contamination are the salads.
