This was my one celiac daughter’s favorite pasta to date. We moved her into college and it’s no more. Unfortunately my other celiac (the most sensitive) got glutened. We are unsure if it was the pasta or the fries. The girls had the same pasta and we all three had the fries. The two of us didn’t even have rumblings…. so it had to be minor cc. I loved my own GF fra diavolo and the parm fries 🤷♀. The waiter was really good about understanding our celiac needs too.
The waitress was really helpful at this restaurant. She made a point to have my bolognese cooked in a separate pot/pan. She was aware that some of the sauces contain gluten and made sure the kitchen was aware that I had celiac.
I had the prosciutto burrata and the Bolognese.
Incredible experience. 🙌🏻
