I’ve eaten here 3-4 times in the past year and have never gotten sick or even the feeling of cross contamination. I feel safe eating here each time.

I love Bare Blends! The store is adorable; its clean, the staff is very friendly and the service provided by the GM Ann was fantastic. They do take precautions to prevent cross contamination by using designated color coded blenders for those that have a particular sensitively or food allergy. The will also sanitize dish items before preparing the food. They also use gluten free oats...not sure why a couple of reviews mentioned that the oats made them sick. Haters! They use Bob's Red Mill Oats which are certified gluten and dairy free. Bare is also dairy free, no added sugar and vegan. This place is a gem and I would encourage you to try it and support this little vegan shop in Centennial. I had the gluten free waffles toasts...banana nut and I could not stop thinking about getting them again soon!

I visited for the first time with a friend. It is definitely gluten-free and dairy free. The smoothie that I purchased was delicious. My main disappointment is there is no where to sit inside or outside the store except for very tall counter stools. I walk with a walker and was looking forward to enjoying a smoothie there. We ended up getting them to go. I’ve had some stomach issues today, but I did not connect it with the smoothie yesterday until I saw another post that said they use non-gluten-free oats. And my drink had oats in it! Changing my review to not recommending if you are oats sensitive

We do have 2 lower tables outside that you could utilize.

So they use Quaker Oats, the non gluten free version. Ask to see the box and they’ll show you. If you’re sensitive to cross contaminated oats, I would skip the items with oats and ask them to sanitize the blender.

I feel extremely sick today, food poisoning. I don’t think they have sanitary and cleanly practices.

We use gluten free oats Bob's Red Mill and we use separate blenders to prevent cross contamination.

Love this place! Everything is gluten and dairy free. Yummy grain bowls and salads. Delicious smoothie bowls and waffles. Has a kids menu - my daughter loves it.

Mixed emotions. Excellent food! Internet said they close at 6p. We arrived 4:40. We enjoyed a wonderful salad. We went to buy a second salad, they lady said they close in 4 minutes. Ok, no prob. We order, and begin eating. About 5 minutes later the lady said “ok, I have to close” mid-bite I said “we have to leave right now?” And she said yes. Wow! Horrible customer service.

When I first went to this location I called and spoke with the owner about the gluten free oats they use for granola and oat flour in the waffles. He was helpful and got back to me saying they were certified gluten free. I have had great experiences here many times and the food is really delicious and fresh!

Favorite place of my daughter. She loves their coffee and bowls. All items are gluten and dairy free.
