Excellent! Overall (GF aside) it's an excellent restaurant. I built my own burger and by the time I selected the bun the water asked if I avoid gluten, so the staff is knowledgeable. Check out the menu for their info on allergens, it'll help you decide if you can eat things even if their not labelled GF. To echo other reviews, the tapioca bun was great! I tasted a piece on its own before digging in and was so surprised! Also, they have wine (and beer..).
