On safety—Every muffin/cake item in the cake cabinet is baked gluten free, including our famous brownies. They are baked first thing in the morning after kitchen is fully cleaned down to minimise the risk of cross contamination. We have a dedicated gluten free dry store shelf where our items go to avoid contamination with non gluten free products. Our sauces bar 1 are gluten free, and are also dairy free Including our aioli and Mayo. We use dairy free spread and have coconut based df cheese. We offer milk alternatives at same price as milk bar 2 products. We ask if someone specifically ordered gf, if it is a choice, an intolerance or coeliac, to ensure we minimise the risks.
