Barney’s was a gem in rural Kenya. They had a delicious gluten free penne with a sauce of your choice - I got a plain tomato sauce and it was really nice and topped with fresh basil, and I did not get sick from this meal. That was the only GF option on the menu, I didn’t ask about any other items that may be able to be modified.
