My boyfriend is celiac and even though we specified that he’s celiac and they said they cleaned and sanitized before his pizza was made he got some cross contamination. Not too surprising since it is a pizza place. If you’re extremely sensitive to CC you should avoid this place. They were friendly.
Really nice manager when came out to check on us. My gluten-free pizza came out soggy. I think gluten-free crust needs to be perfected before serving to the public. Frozen was better then this. But he tried!! It's a great family place and I wish they made the wings gluten-free. I don't know why they aren't??
My daughter really likes their crust and we've never had a problem with cross contamination.
This location has staff who are knowledgeable on Celiac Disease and Gluten sensitivity. I will, however, either call and speak with someone or go in person and order and I haven't had any cross contamination issues so far. They always give me the disclaimer (as they should if they're a responsible establishment offering GF options) that they cannot guarantee 100% gluten free for me but I know my risks when I order from shared kitchens, especially pizza ovens. I do request they separate my pizza from others and use a clean baking sheet/pan for my order and just about every pizza flavor combo I've ordered is delicious and exactly what I ordered. Love the staff and how friendly and helpful they are. They're very accommodating and make me feel a little better ordering from a shared kitchen.
