Busy little place with absolute fantastic pizza. There is build your own pizza and some options. Crust is better than Udi's and cooked until crispy. They make sure to keep everything separated from the gluten area. Line things with cardboard and wax paper. If I'm in the area again, I will come back. Better to call and pickup than wait an hour for pizza.

The girl taking our order went over all their cross contamination prevention procedures, what a relief! They have a separate prep area, separate toppings, and separate cutters. My daughter and I both have celiac and had zero reactions! Her pizza with no sauce (olive oil instead) was crispier than mine that had sauce. Overall it’s a great option for local gf pizza! Can’t beat the price either!

Great tasting pizza but occasionally get celiac sick- guess it depends on who is in the kitchen that day Not worth the risk
No
They do a good job with their gluten free crust at this location. They do need a gluten free alcohol though.
GF pizza was good and dough was thicker than a lot of other GF pizzas I've tried. It was only a 10" pizza but with 3 toppings for $11 definitely worth the price. Staff was friendly and very helpful. I will definitely go back.
Best gf thick crust pizza I’ve had in 15 years of having celiac disease.
Ordered a GF pizza online, it’s decent and had no problems afterwards!

I have had nothing but incredibly pleasant experiences with this chain establishment and have always felt safe and like my Celiac is taken seriously whenever I've gone to any location. However, this location, for over 2 years they've continually under trained their staff in proper food preparation, how to avoid cross contamination with allergens, what gluten even is, and what products may contain gluten and which absolutely don't.. I've got my order wrong so many times here and haven't been able to enjoy their ranch for a year because they had told me it had gluten and they were certain of it. A year later my husband asked and NOBODY on shift knew until an old allergy menu was found by a bus in a drawer and surprise it's gf. I then had to train three employees on what gluten is because they thought milk and eggs in it. If you want to enjoy Barros go to ANY location other than this one.
