They were very knowledgeable. All non-stuffed pasta dishes can be made gluten free. They have some phenomenal salads, shrimp cocktail, mussels, and a variety of risotto, all of which are gluten free (per our server). I had the shrimp cocktail, mussels, and chicken risotto. There is gluten-free pizza crust, but I didn't try that or ask about it
