It’s the food hall. I can't speak for the cooked dishes, but it seems unsafe. I can recommend the salad bar in the evening - without dressing. No gluten and you can eat a fresh salad for $9 per pound. For breakfast I had scrambled eggs and a caramel macchiato and then problems with diarrhea.. I don’t know about cross contamination, but it’s possible.
I looked for this place and couldn’t find it. I think this is the description of the Seven Tents and Curry Village Pavilion. It’s a cafeteria style place to eat.
For breakfast all I could have was a banana and eggs. They said the oatmeal was GF too but I didn’t eat any because I got nervous with cross contamination.
They have restrooms here, a coffee shop, and pizza.
Gluten free bread buns available for burgers. I had the gluten free cheese burger without any sauce (I didn’t want to risk it) and with chips.
Chips are fried separately to everything else.
I did have to walk the servers/chef through how I wanted my burger prepared - I.e. reminding them to use a clean/separate surface and to change gloves. I’d make sure to do this rather than assuming they’ll know to do so automatically, as I wasn’t fully confident they knew what I needed.
The head chef seemed knowledgeable about what contained gluten and what didn’t, so if in doubt try and speak to him.
