Pizza delicious! I got the Capitan-something, with chicken and onions
They did not have a dedicated kitchen space as indicated. I watched them wipe off a pizza cutter and then cut the gluten free pizza. The pizza was placed right into the oven right where gluten containing pizzas were. Cross contamination was visible and was a concern from the get-go. Be cautious when ordering pizza, maybe it was just an off night but I’m not sure.
Best pasta dish I’ve eaten in a restaurant in years. Not sick!
Make sure to call ahead, sometimes they run out of GF crust.
The pizza is very good, the dough is chewy and light and the tomato sauce is delicious. Real authentic Italian style pizza. Excellent service and super quick delivery. It’s a little pricy but the dough is not that frozen stuff.
Not the best gluten free pie for the price. However, their dough clearly isn’t the pre-made udi’s crust so that’s a plus. The pasta is to die for!
Best GF pizza I’ve ever had. They’ve made it more expensive but it’s worth it.
Owner’s Mother has Celiac and they have worked so hard to make the best pizza- they have succeeded!
