Awesome!!! It has been such a long time since I have been able to eat Cajun food out. My non celiac husband is from the south and has been in search of real red beans and rice. He was sooo excited. Sad they were out of gator when we were there

The owners are wonderful, they have one item that has gluten (French bread) and keep it faithfully away from all other food. It was delicious and absolutely no reaction and I’m a VERY sensitive celiac that rarely gambles with eating out. Must try!!

For over six years, Bayou By You has served delicious, authentic Creole and Cajun classics and family favorites - all made from scratch, including imported ingredients from Louisiana, by "mom and pop" proprietors JD and Tricia O'Reilly (natives of New Orleans who moved to Arizona after being displaced by Hurricane Katrina). Originally operating as a food truck in Flagstaff, Arizona, then a casual counter service restaurant on Route 66 in nearby Williams, Arizona, now a frozen food service for all of Northern Arizona! Our flavorful food is as fresh as when it comes out of the pot and can be as close as your freezer! No storefront, just order online by midnight each Wednesday at www.BayouByYou.com for weekend pick-ups in Flagstaff, Arizona.

Best gluten free Cajun food ever. Better than in Louisiana. Loving this AZ gem. It’s a must have for the lovers of Creole cuisine, and friendly amazing owners! Route 66 has the market on Cajun in this state.

Gf bread too. Had the Gumbo, Jambalaya and DO NOT miss the Pecan Zelda cookies that taste like a slice of pecan pie 👍

Good food and everything was 100% gluten-free. They do have pre-cut, regular wheat bread which they also make bread pudding with in a separate area. Great cookies for dessert.

Great food and friendly staff. My girlfriend and I had gumbo, jambalaya both kinds of bites and the praline ice cream sundae. Everything they serve (besides the bread) is gluten free!

This is a regular restaurant and not a truck anymore. Everything on the menu is gluten free but they do have regular bread wrapped up in the corner so make sure to tell them you don’t want it.

Fantastic food truck! Food tasted right out of New Orleans, but didn't have to worry about any gluten. There menu is entirely gluten free save for a side of bread if you aren't. They switched all of their dishes to start with a gluten free roux! Most are dairy free as well. Get the Bonfire bites, you won't regret it.
