Our family has celiac disease and stayed at The Grand Hotel for 4 nights. We ate at Bayside grill daily for lunch and dinner. We did not get poisoned with gluten-free substituted meals. I have not had a burger in what seems like ages until I experienced Bayside Grill. They have an option to make this meal free of gluten. They took the time to make my meals separately and it was nothing short of fantastic. Large portion sizes and you most likely will take it all down because it really is that good. I called in for my order each time to be either picked up at the connecting cafe or delivered. Giving a direct call to the cafe to order or to the front desk of the resort was easy and extremely responsive to my dietary needs. The chefs at this establishment took their time and gave their best attention to make sure nothing was cross-contaminated. I really felt like I was living again. This place is special.

The Bayside Grill inside The Grand Hotel in Fairhope had an excellent breakfast buffet. There were many items safe for this Celiac to eat, and they were also willing to make items specially prepared to meet my needs. All of the food was enjoyable and there were a lot of great options to eat.
