Pretty much all the sides have gluten, so you just end up with a pile of meat. The staff is knowledgeable about what is gluten free and what it not, but I only eat what they say is gluten free and I still got a little sick. I thought it might be the bbq sauce, so the next time I went I had no sauce, just dry meat, and I still got some indigestion, but not as bad as when I had the sauce.

Great staff, have never been glutened. Stay away from the corn bread, fries and Mac n cheese.

I spoke with staff and they were knowledgeable. They changed gloves, meat and cutting board but then I had to stop them from using the knife they had been using to make sandwiches to slice my meat. Great food, most of which is gluten-free.

Coleslaw, potato salad and banana pudding are the only GF sides, per the restaurant.
Wonderful barbecue! I emailed the restaurant inquiring about GF options, and they told me all their meats and sauces are gluten free, and their beans, potato salad, and coleslaw are gluten free. I’m celiac and very sensitive to any gluten exposure / cross contamination, and I’ve eaten here multiple times without any negative reaction.
