This place was really awesome. They have a dedicated fryer, have gluten free buns, and their bbq and sauce are gluten free. We had a half rack of ribs, pulled pork sandwiches, and extra fries. The server was well aware of celiac needs, made notes on the order, and reassured me they take great precautions to avoid cross contamination, including changing gloves. Atmosphere isn’t anything special, but the staff were friendly and the food was delicious. Definitely a place I’d recommend.

We recently had the pleasure of dining at this fantastic BBQ spot in Boise, and Im so impressed. The owner was incredibly welcoming and helpful, going above and beyond to make our experience safe and delicious. As someone with celiac disease, I deeply appreciate her efforts to walk me through her process. Her warm spirit truly stood out. We even got to chat with her in-laws who were eating at the table across from us. What a nice family!
We ordered the pulled pork nachos, baked beans, and pulled pork salad, all of which were delicious. For our little one, we got a grilled cheese, and we topped off the meal with a refreshing lemon tart that provided the perfect contrast to the rich BBQ flavors.
Even though we were just visiting Boise for a few days, we will definitely return if we're ever in town again. Highly recommended!
THIS PLACE IS AMAZING! Staff very knowledgeable, food is great, and pretty much every menu item can be made gluten free and dairy free.
I eat here at least once a month. It is one of the few places I feel safe eating at and the food is delicious!! I love the gf vegan mac n cheese, chili, and greens and beans burger! The staff are all super friendly and help when it comes to celiac and allergies.
I asked what the safest thing to eat was and she suggested the vegan burger. It was so delicious and with the best fries!!! Go here!
WOW you need to go here. Food was exceptional and our server knew all about celiac. The first thing they said when I asked about their system was “you’re safe here”. They talked me through the process and pointed out to me the few menu items that they couldn’t do gluten free and said anything else they could. You can even eat fries here! Omg I am coming back, did I mention it’s delicious? Best experience I’ve had as a Celiac this far :)
Wow! I haven’t had a meatball sandwich or lemon bar like this in years! I can’t believe I found this gem tucked away in a strip mall over by the dollar store. I am so happy that they make their meatballs fresh along with many other things including the large lemon bars and large brownies! They are very knowledgeable about gluten and their procedures on preventing CC. Highly recommend.
Delicious food, the woman who took my order gave me a run down of their procedures to keep food from getting contaminated (I.e. new gloves, new cutting boards, desperate preparation). She was very helpful. I felt great after eating the food! Highly recommend. Also there are zero glutenous foods fried in the fryer so the fries are good to eat!
I used to eat here all the time and was very confident in the handling of my food. Unfortunately something changed and I have had reactions enough times that I stopped going. I recently purchased a Nima, so I thought I'd give it another try tonight, but unfortunately my Nima detected gluten. So sad to cross them off my very small list of places I can eat.

This is a great find. Staff was knowledgeable. Let them know up front and they make every effort . I had the pulled pork sandwich and fries. I took their two gf desserts to go :-)
Their bread is amazing and I was able to get a gf tri tip Philly with vegan cheese. I didn't get sick!
Delicious GF bread for my pulled pork sandwich! Yum! Two GF desserts too, lemon bars and brownies . Everything labeled for vegans too. Even the sauce was labeled GF but (not Dairy free)
Been there twice. And had reaction. I quiz the staff they seem confident that food is gf but somewhere along the way someone wasnt carefull enough. I had the tritip salad was thinking maybe the sause or salad topings like glazed nuts etc.. Also the MFT bbq sause they use has also caused me gluten reactions on other unrelated occasions.
Delicious food and plenty of gf options. We have eaten here 3 or 4 times without any problems.
Staff was knowledgeable. Had GF cornbread made separately. I formal nice place !!
This restaurant is great! LOTS of variety, food is delicious, staff is super mindful and helpful to make sure your food is safe.
Fantastic BBQ. Attached to Roadway INN. Gf bread for all sandwiches only $2 extra! Will return.
