The other review is not correct: there is no gluten free menu. However, this place is delicious, busy, and legit.
When I walked in, I asked for a gluten-free menu. The manager (host?) became concerned and said “the only thing is plain soup and plain rice.” I’m always happy to be *actually* safe with even one menu item, so I went for it.
The waiter was also concerned and unsure, but took my allergy seriously and consulted a colleague. Yes: plain tofu soup with vegetables, plain rice, was my only option. I asked them to please tell the kitchen about the allergy.
Of the many condiments, the only 2 celiac safe are the raw egg (which cooks in the soup) and the pickles. The others have soy sauce or flour.
Will return with friends, many times. Great to have a cultural food experience, where my friends will be entertained, where I also know I’m safe.
And the soup is delicious.
