One of the worst restaurant experiences I’ve had since my celiac diagnosis in 2017. Very limited options. Our waitress said only the sashimi is gluten free not the sushi rolls even if they don’t contain fried or tempura. I asked about appetizers and was told there weren’t any options. I ordered GF drunken noodles and it came out with some kind of fried crumbs on top. The side salad I got with had a nasty sweet balsamic dressing on it. Their ginger and peanut dressings have gluten in them. The only thing that I got that was safe was the salad. I left very hungry. We also saw the chef eating and wiping his face as he was cooking and heard the staff yelling in the kitchen. Huge disappointment.
According to my waitress, all of the curries are gluten free and some of the sushi. She also mentioned some of the rice noodle dishes could be gluten free. I had a tuna roll and red curry and she brought me gluten free soy sauce for the sushi. Food was delicious and I’m looking forward to trying other things later on.
