Great restaurant and very tasty food. Their menu does a poor job conveying just how much of their food is gluten free or can be made gluten free, so be sure to ask the staff about options. They have GF bread for any sandwiches or burgers. They also have a great selection of GF pastries from a local baker. The enchilada special was very good and I had no adverse reactions afterwards, so they clearly take cross-contamination seriously. Will definitely be back next time I'm in Taos.
