Totally gluten-free restaurant! It's SO FREAKING NICE to eat freely and not worried about whether I'll need an EpiPen later. The food is great, and it's a friendly place. They have desserts in the to-go case and I love them all. Love this place!

INCREDIBLE. Not far off I-40. I call ahead and pickup whenever driving through. Delicious sweets, but the savory dishes are SO SO GOOD and all GF!!!

Food was great! For those that also avoid oats there are oats in the vegan waffles. The protein waffles are paleo with no oats and can be used in place of any other waffle. So good. Service was horrible but the food was amazing. Didn’t get sick. Had Creme Brûlée and Monte Cristo Waffles.

Memphis native with celiac’s. Been visiting this spot for 8 years. It’s 1 of the only 2 restaurants in the city that is 100% gluten free. Everything is super delicious and they have great “grab and go” options too. They’re known for their waffle sandwiches! Lots of macro options too. Definitely recommend!

My absolute favorite place to go in Memphis. We hosted our rehearsal dinner here, and they took the best care of me. We have several gluten free folks in our family, including myself, so it has been a light in this city for us!

Loved the sausage biscuit and gravy! Hadn’t had that combo since being diagnosed with celiac last August. Wish my appetite allowed me to go for one of the waffles, which looked delicious!! Cool atmosphere and wonderful to eat knowing my safety and allergies are protected.

We all (4 of us) had a fabulous lunch today. We ate burritos, grilled potatoes, vegan and non-vegan bowls and the flavors were so fabulous. We didn’t order any dessert but they looked delicious. I only saw a couple dairy free options for me, I can eat eggs but not dairy but as the lunch was a good sized portion, I didn’t really need another cookie. Enjoy!!

This place was absolutely amazing! Came here on vacation and was so happy I found this dedicated gluten-free gem! I got the peanut butter and banana waffle and the potatoes and they were to die for! I also got a cookies and cream bar for later and it was good that I contemplated going back to get another one! My mom who does not have celiac couldn’t even tell that her waffle was gluten free! Would definitely recommend and will return next time I come to Memphis!

Well worth the wait for the freshly cooked waffles! Bedrock is one of those rare restaurants in which a Celiac can order without having to worry about getting sick. Everything is GF and tasty! The dining space is quite small but outdoor seating is available. I will be looking forward to returning to Bedrock on our next trip to Memphis.

Wowowowow if you're in Memphis, stop reading this and go here NOW! We stopped on our way through town and it was amazing. The staff is so friendly and the place is really cute inside. We got take out since we had our dog with us, but I would've loved to sit and hang out!

We got the biscuits and gravy with eggs, chicken and waffles, a peanut butter cup smoothie, and s'mores waffle sliders. Every. Single. Bite. Was. Amazing! I wish we lived closer so I could try more options, this meal brought me so much joy.

Holy sh!t this place rocked my world! We had the wake and bake, the country waffles and gravy and the BEC quesadilla and every thing was extraordinary! I can’t praise the waffles enough! So thankful I found this place. Really great safe food, it was almost like not being celiac for a few minutes! Incredibly friendly and understanding staff, so many choices and a totally relaxed vibe. Laney was wonderful explaining anything we asked and I ordered three entrees for two people just so we could try more food. We shopped the refrigerator case for more food to go and I can’t say enough great things about these wonderful people. THANK YOU!!!!
