Brisket, pulled pork, smoked chicken, and ribs are all gluten free. Coleslaw and beans were also gluten free. Staff was knowledgeable about gluten and what was safe to eat. Best brisket in Madison.

Amazing pulled pork and brisket. Lots of meat options, including chicken. You can buy the meat and sides by the pound for take out. No gluten free bun options for sandwiches. Gave it 4 stars, just because no gluten free bun options. But food is amazing!
