Waitress had no knowledge of what gluten is and even less of an understanding of cross contamination. Most of their items are fried and are all done in the same fryer making them all not truly gluten free. THE only things that can be done Gluten Free is the sides and the Sandwiches and Burgers. The sandwiches and burgers come with no bun and are served on a bed of lettuce. for people who just enjoy the diet of eating Gluten free this place is good. However for anybody with an allergy or celiac disease, I would not recommend.
