We had a long discussion using with the kitchen manager, including a follow up afterwards. And nothing came of it.
Their processes are not true gluten free for a celiac. Items go in the same fryer as gluten containing items for example. Processes may have changed since then, this was in 2023
We will not be returning.
Really large “Gluten Friendly” menu, but disappointingly, they do not have a dedicated flyer. So the selection was drastically reduced for Celiacs. I got a Brisket Burger on a lettuce wrap (had to pay $1 extra instead of a bun). Asked if the burger was cooked on a safe grill — nope, same as buns. The kitchen did offer to cook my burger in a pan, which was nice. Their sauces are made in-house, and the chips on the burger are baked, not fried. It was very tasty, but honestly, my anxiety was through the roof. The only side I didn’t have to pay for was a garden salad, and I’m still not confident the balsamic dressing they put on the side was GF or not, but I didn’t eat it. I didn’t get sick at all thankfully, but I personally won’t be returning. They went out of their way to accommodate me, but it just seemed like way too many variables to eat there comfortably.
This is my favorite place to eat. I'm celiac and very sensitive. I have never gotten glutened at this location. Sometimes I eat there 3x a week. Large variety of gluten free items. They have a gluten free menu and are very aware of celiac disease. All desserts are gluten free. This place makes me happy and I totally recommend it, specially their mahogany chicken wings and truffle fries. Love it!
I was disappointed in my experience although the food was tasty. I asked the server if they had a dedicated GF fryer to which she said no, which I was expecting but wanted to check. She then went on to say “we have people who are celiac though and they are fine”. That was my first red flag. I decided to order a burger with a side salad, it was nice they had gluten free croutons. My table ordered fries and friendly made a jab that I couldn’t have any and the waitress said “oh they are gluten free though” I had to explain to her that because there was no dedicated GF fryer they were not safe for celiac. She looked clueless and the previous conversation where I told her I was celiac clearly didn’t register. She was unknowledgeable so did not make me feel confident about my order. Wouldn’t go out of my way to go there again because most of their “gluten friendly items” are not safe for celiac.
items on their gluten "friendly" menu are NOT gluten friendly, they are fried in the same fryer as food containing gluten!
This is become my family’s go to destination whenever we want to go out for lunch or dinner. Their food is always safe, the manager ensures that the food is prepared properly and delivers it to your table. The service is fantastic and everyone from the hostesses to the bar staff to the servers and cooks are all familiar with food in tolerances and limitations. I often book work lunches at their various locations because they can accommodate colleagues who are vegan. Their food is absolutely delicious and they even have an entire gluten-free dessert menu. Always a great meal here!
The gluten free menu is huge!!!!!!!!!!!There is a whole page of gf apps and a dessert section plus kids menu 🎉🎉🎉
