Disappointing. Went here based on previous reviews. No GF menu. Was told there was only one type of pasta (penne?) available as GF. After everyone ordered their food, the waitress returns to say the GF pasta didn’t come in the delivery (which my family member with a lot of restaurant experience says they likely had but didn’t want to cook in a separate pot as requested). My own fault, I should have called ahead. We left and went to another restaurant.

Server kept checking on what was gf, which was good. All but the baked pastas can be made gf, separate water. Sausage and even the meatballs are reportedly gf. Lots of pasta dishes!

This place is incredible! Gluten free penne pasta is cooked in separate water. Alfredo, spaghetti, and marinara sauces are all scratch made and are gluten free. I had the GF carbonara w/chicken and it was amazing—tasted like authentic Italian!! The service was also fantastic...and fast! Our lovely server also informed us there are other locations, all the same owner, recipes, and cooking staff are family relatives so all share the same high culinary standards. We loved this restaurant so much we decided to return before we left Kerrville and are so glad we did. Good to note they can also accommodate nut free dishes, and did so for our highly allergic daughter. They don’t serve GF bread so take your own because the glutinous bread they offer (that my husband can eat) is beyond tempting ;) We will definitely be back the next time we’re in the area!!
