i would drive back all the way back to houston to experience the W burger again, amazing.
While absolutely delish, I was severely glutened even though I asked for specific gluten free food. I wouldn’t say it is safe if cross contamination is an issue for you.
I’ve eaten at all their locations more than I can count. I’m very sensitive and have never had a problem. Good quality food.

I was happy to see many gf choices. The seasonal board included a delicious salmon, pineapple bowl with Hawaiian bbq sauce. We also enjoyed the lime cheesecake (avocado and coconut). The crust was crunchy and filling had great flavor. My plate had a gluten free card that was reassuring. Two friends who don’t need gf also enjoyed their meals.
Fabulous seasonal meal! I had a mango gazpacho and grilled pineapple arugula salad. All very fresh, with great service and lovely environment.
Fantastic experience for two celiacs and the nine gluten-eaters with them. Lots of GF options, dedicated fryers, and good protocols with very evidence adherence.
One of my most favorite restaurants! The staff is always so kind and accommodating. They truly understand gluten free. The pancakes are amazing, the tacos are super delicious, burgers are awesome, shrimp pasta is my fav! I highly highly highly recommend Bellgreen!
A favorite go-to place of ours. Great value and delicious gluten free options. Inexpensive for tasty filling food. All pastas are gluten free. Burger buns can be swapped in for gf, and they give a little slip marking it gluten free which is extra reassuring.
Bella green is great for gf. They have a clearly labeled menu and all the food tastes fresh. I have had the fish tacos, hamburger, and sweet potato fries. They also almost have a gf carrot cake which I usually take to go for a tasty treat later!
You cannot say enough about Bellagreen. Every time we come to Houston, which is about every 8 to 12 weeks we go here sometimes w 3 visits.. The location on Alabama near upper Kirby is outstanding. Outdoor seating, a happy hour to die for half off. Wines and other selections half
off appetizer is just great. The hempannadas are delicious and well worth going back for. Their salads are great and good size. Their entries are well prepared with good selections. . As far as gluten free dairy free, Whatever you need, you, tell them they will work with you on it
and get it done. The staff here at this location is outstanding and always at work with us. Don't miss out on this all the other raving you see are true. We've had to be gluten free for over twelve years and to find a location like this or any options that we wish it was close to our home.
Our go to for delicious GF food. The lids love the GF mac and cheese. Plus they sometimes have GF carrot cake!

One of my favorite neighborhood restaurants! I’ve been a Ruggles fan for many years, and I love that they are so tuned in to the many dietary restrictions that keep people from enjoying dining out. I love everything on the Bellagreen menu- spicy fish tacos, hempanadas, Mac and cheese, fried cauliflower, even the hamburger and sweet potato fries. All yummy!! I’ve never had a reaction to any dish I’ve ordered.
Been here a few times and haven’t felt sick. Mac and cheese, kids tenders, pasta, salads and GF desserts good.
Another tasty lunch. I did not realize they were owned by Ruggles. A fast casual experience with higher quality food. Great for lunch or dinner. You order from the counter. They bring your food to your table. They have several items labeled GF in the menu,they mark allergies in their ordering system, GF fryer, food come out with gluten free labels, GF options for the kids. Special handling of gluten free items. One of the best GF pizzas I have since my diagnosis a few years ago. The manager hand delivered mine today. I have eaten at this location and their Woodlands locations multiple times. Never been sick here. Wood fired Pizzas, tacos, burgers, salads, pasta. Enjoy!

They have a dedicated fryer and made me feel very safe. I had the chicken wings and kids chicken nuggets.
I loved this place, the fact they had dishes that are only served gluten free like the macaroni and cheese, and the pizza was pretty good. I was so tempted to get dessert and I regret not getting that cheesecake since it looked amazing
My kid was so happy we went here. Gluten-free chicken strips that actually tasted good, and gluten free spaghetti. We went yesterday, zero issues, no pain or belly aches, and he’s already asked me to take him for dinner tonight.

This place is amazing! Everything we tried was delicious. The Mac and cheese and the Brick Chicken were phenomenal! Highly recommend ! It was also my first time in Houston :)

All lot of gluten-free items on their menu. I’ve eaten there several times and have never gotten sick. Highly recommend the fish tacos and yes amazingly the fried option is gluten-free!
Bellagreen does NOT have gluten free beer. Several sites list them as having it but they don't. Yes, they have a limited gluten free menu so why not a gluten free beer. They say there's not enough call for it, but if they don't have it, there's NO call for it. I like bellagreen's food, but I'll have to go somewhere else if I want to compliment it with a gluten free beer.
Great food! They even had GF key lime pie! After having some trouble finding gf food in Houston this was a nice find.
After eating at Bellagreen several years ago at a different location I was eager to return on a trip to Houston. The restaurant did not disappoint. The food is excellent and safe for me as a Celiac.
We came here because of all the raving reviews from folks are who gluten free and or dairy free. I have celiac disease and this was a great place to eat! I will be coming back.
These ingredients were fresh and service was quick. Family and kid friendly too. The atmosphere was nice.

Another favorite item. My husband and I split this - perfect size for two. It comes with a dark chocolate trellis and a small portion of ice cream. It was creamy and melts in your mouth. The edge is crusted with chopped pecans and gave the perfect little crunch.
We love Bellagreen. We come here for our celiac son when we are in town. The food is delicious.
I loved Ruggles Green and now Bellagreen. Unfortunately the last few times I had turkey burger with GF bun I got very sick. I miss the carrot cake so much. I talked to the manager but nothing changed.
The GF Carrot Cake was awesome. Getting enough protein with your cake may break the bank.
My daughter has always had a delicious and safe meal here. She loves the quinoa Mac and cheese. Plenty of options for the whole family.
Cannot say enough good about this place. Cool enough vibe inside super friendly staff, a great menu with AMAZING food and so many gluten free options. The fish tacos (including FRIED fish GF!) were huge and to die for. Corn chowder was also amazing, smooth and smokey. Ordered cake before I realized how much food I was getting but managed to eat every bite. I WILL be back when I'm in Houston again. PARKING NOTE: There is a garage with entrance right in the middle of the building. It looks like the restaurant is in the first floor of a condo building so it's hard to see the garage.

Fantastic gluten free pizza crust! I crave it. it reminds me of those little pale square saltine crackers.
Very good GF options and really good carrot cake. Fries are in a dedicated fryer. Given the care they took I would probably bring my daughter with celiac. As always ask a lot of questions.

There are so many amazing GF dishes/options!! I’m so happy Bellagreen came to San Antonio, as I visited them in Houston and the food was incredible.
Their breakfast on the weekends was delicious and I got the GF LEMON POPPYSEED pancakes! My boyfriend has been ordering pancakes from every breakfast place since he was a child and he said these are by far his favorite pancakes yet.
The atmosphere is modern and stunning. Such a clean and contemporary establishment. The staff was so friendly and helpful. It’s a must try!

Bellagreen has become my go to place. There are so many gluten free choices and the staff is very knowledgeable. They even have an amazing gluten free carrot cake! You can enjoy a wonderful meal here and know you are well cared for.
