Review of Bellingham Cider Company

This place is awesome! The menu was clearly marked and they have a dedicated fryer and make efforts to prevent cross contamination. Note that the oil is technically shared between the fryers, but there is a filter between them. I haven’t gotten sick yet from eating stuff from the fryer. There are also plenty of gluten free dishes that don’t use the fryer. I had grilled shishito peppers and risotto with pork belly and they were both amazing. I also had some of their cider cocktails and they have a delicious pot de creme dessert that I couldn't even believe was gluten free. On other trips, I also really enjoyed the spaetzle, which was amazing, and the steak and eggs for brunch. They also just came out with a cider slushie!
