I love this place. They always have something new to try. I really appreciate they have everything labeled for vegan, dairy free, paleo, keto, nut free, and more. It makes it easy to order and know exactly which things to get. I also appreciate they have sandwiches, so can have lunch and a snack. I come here every time I come to Knoxville. It’s by far the best gluten free bakery I have been to.

Updated review: I purchased an assortment of items for my friends and their kids so we got to sample a lot! My favorites were the cinnamon roll and the cake pops. Everyone else enjoyed their sweets, though a couple items were a little dry.

I love that they have everything labeled with other common allergens and had gf products along the walls for sale as well. I tried two different quiches, a cupcake, and a cookie sandwich and was very happy with all my food.

Drove an hour and a half to come try this place… WOW! The food was incredible. I sampled the sausage egg and cheese biscuit, cinnamon roll and pineapple upside down cake.

To start, The biscuits were incredible! They were as close as I’ve had to a gluten containing biscuit. They held together well and had great flavor.

The cinnamon roll is a must-get item! It tastes just like your favorite gluten containing cinnamon roll - texture, consistency and all! Just get it.

Best of all, I didn’t get one bit sick. I’m highly sensitive to even the smallest dose of cross contamination - nothing. Eat here with confidence!

I got a great panini and pastries. Not only is everything gluten free but things are marked if they have dairy and there is a small selection of things that are paleo or keto friendly as well.

Completely gluten-free bakery & sit down counter service also. They have fresh breakfast with biscuit sandwiches on Saturday only. A variety of lunch salad & panini options are available along with quiche & other pre-made items that can be heated by them. There is an extensive smoothie menu that can be customized and multiple freezers with pre-made items and shelves with gluten-free items that are always impossible to find. Seasonally they offer Thanksgiving menu for pre-order. The food was delicious with 0% chance of cross-contamination!

I stopped by on my cross-country trip and got a curry chicken sandwich. The gluten free bread was ok. It was toasted, not just warmed, and the chicken curry was VERY mild bordering on unseasoned and a bit sweet for my preference. The cinnamon rolls looked amazing, but as a diabetic, they're not something I could eat! There is a small area outside where you could eat, but it's not set up as an outside restaurant.

Amazing! The bacon, egg and cheese biscuit was so good!!! The quiche was delicious. The pumpkin spice latte cupcake and pineapple upside down cake was very moist. As amazing as everything was, my favorite thing was the cookie bar with cream cheese top. I’m not really sure what it was called but it was so good!!! I came to Knoxville for Labor Day weekend and was so disappointed to see they were closed Sunday and Monday. I’ll definitely be back!!!

The cinnamon rolls will change your life!! Had delish Samoa cookies, oatmeal crème pies, quiche. Loaded up on some crackers and homemade marshmallows. Wish I had a way to transport frozen items back to NC cause I would have bought cinnamon rolls and buttermilk biscuits for home. If you are in the area - this is a must!

Stopped by here on my way through Knoxville after getting gas. What a wonderful spot. Everything is marked to show vegan, dairy free, paleo, etc. Had a panini and a cinnamon sugar donut that was amazing. Also has a small grocery section with frozen and shelf stable foods. I got three meals here because it was near a hike I was doing. Came in and for a meat quiche for breakfast. Then to go ham panini. Tasted good but could have used more ham. Came back and got tuna salad sandwich for dinner. Very yummy. Has one of the best cinnamon rolls with glaze that I have ever had. Also had a cherry oat cake bar which was amazing and full of flavor. The berry scone was huge and good even though I didn’t have a microwave to warm it up the next day. The cranberry orange muffin was huge and the best gf muffin I have ever had. They ran out of key lime pie and donuts. Everything was excellent. Saturday mornings they have biscuit breakfast sandwiches which I did not get to try.

My daughter has Celiac Disease, and this place is such a gift! We love to be able to walk in and buy any item here and know that it is safe for her to eat. The selection of baked goods is always incredible, and I love that they have other fun breakfast items on Saturdays as well. It’s one of the best gluten-free bakeries we have ever been to. I also love that they have a little “market” area where you can buy other pre-packaged gluten-free items and mixes that are sometimes hard to find. You won’t be disappointed by this place!

I stopped by Benefit Your Life while passing through the area because of the gluten free offerings and the great reviews, and it lived up to the hype. I tried a cinnamon roll, a scone, an éclair, and a chocolate cupcake with strawberry icing. I had high expectations but I was still impressed by how delicious everything was. The cinnamon roll was amazing and easily the best GF cinnamon roll I have had, so I highly recommend it. I also really enjoyed the scone (also probably the best GF scone I’ve had, though I think those are hard to find) and the cupcake. The éclair was pretty good, too, but I think it was overshadowed by the others.

I always visit gluten free bakeries anytime I travel and these were some of the best gluten free baked goods I have had -- it was almost hard to believe that the cinnamon roll and the scone are GF! I definitely recommend stopping by sometime.

Wish I could give this place 1000 stars!!! GF bakery! Best GF desserts I’ve ever had. Fresh baked. Other allergies addressed here too. But EVERYTHING they bake is GF!!!! I got a lemon bar, Italian cream cake, flourless chocolate cake, pound cake, orange cranberry breakfast cake. Went back twice!!! (It was Christmas after all!!) Another review! Ordered an Italian Cream cake for my birthday. It was SOOOOO good! I ordered the 8” cake and it was big enough for everyone—but I forget how people shy away from GF—but I managed to eat most of it over several days! Absolutely delicious! I ordered in advance and it was ready on time.
