Obviously don't know anyabout being celiac. Contaminated all of my food and I knew I wasn't going to eat my $50 meal.

Fun atmosphere, caring & knowledgeable staff, separate menu & confirmed multiple times if certain items were OK.

While there are many GF options, a separate GF menu and staff that is aware of allergies, this may not be the safest place for those with Celiac. They cook all the food on one shared grill in front of you, making it very easy for food to get cross-contacted with other people’s who order non GF items. It’s very risky and a little overwhelming to watch your food prepared in that way as someone with Celiac, which definitely takes away from the fun experience it is meant to be. Try at your own risk.

We were told today that their new gluten free menus had arrived this week and they will be rolling out the new menu shortly. Today we ordered the filet mignon and chicken fried rice. Both were delicious. Our chef, Heath, was knowledgeable about gluten. He cleaned the grill again before starting and cooked the gluten free food first, so as to avoid any potential cross contamination. Excellent meal and excellent service.

Being a teppanyaki restaurant, you have full control of what’s being served to you. You can bring in your own condiments to cook the food with, chief among them being your bottle of GF soy sauce as they do not have it here unlike in the US restaurants (tip: I buy mine at Foodie grocery store here in Panama). The chefs I have dealt with have all been kind and understanding in making adjustments based on food intolerances. Shout out to Algemiro, Keiban (idk if I spelt correctly), and John. Those are my go-to chefs but there could be others too.

Limited options but the joy of join in cancels this out for me. Teppanyaki done well, server and chef were great. Chef cooked mine food first and handed me extra GF soy if needed.

Fantastic meal in a beautiful setting! Our chef was extremely careful about showing us the GF Kikkoman Soy Sauce and I can honestly say my steak was like butter! I’ve never had such tender steak at a Benihana. We’d definitely recommend.

We used to drive all the way to Coral Springs to enjoy this place, so glad they added this location. They have gluten free soy sauce & many options. We love to come here for special occasions. Haven’t gotten a bellyache either. I always ask if our entire table can do gluten free just to be extra careful. They can do your fried rice in a pan in the kitchen for extra caution. Great job guys 👏
