I came here based off of the FMGF ratings and I was not disappointed! Everything is GF aside from the pitas. They have a dedicated fryer for fries and one for falafel. They scoop your food right in front of you which is nice so you can ensure there’s no CC! In terms of taste, it wasn’t the tastiest mediterranean food I’ve ever had - but it was definitely celiac safe which is all that I care about when it comes to dining out.

Almost everything is gluten-free except for the pitas and one type of meat but I’m a vegetarian so I don’t know anything about the meat.

Everything is almost gluten-free and a lot of vegetarian vegan options

Place is extremely clean no cross-contamination you watch them doing everything dedicated fryer for falafel and french fries very fresh I can’t say enough good things about this place everything is gluten-free except for some of the meat and bread but I’m vegetarian so that doesn’t really matter great service friendliest people I can’t rave enough about it a must try!!!!!!

The only things that weren’t gluten free was basically the pita. I got a rice bowl with falafel and chicken and it was so good. I also got fries - they don’t fry anything with gluten so they were safe. The staff was really kind and helpful. I’d definitely go back!

Everyone there knows all of the ingredients in all of the food. If gluten is the only allergen you are avoiding, you can eat everything there except the lamb and pita. You watch them make the food, and the line is super clean. The food is also really good.

I had chicken on romaine along with a few toppings I got excited when I saw gyro meat but it or the pita bread is NOT GF they say everything else is though.. I did appreciate the fries, the rest will have to grow on me being that I’m not use to eating that type of food. I’m attaching a pic.

Great for celiacs!! Everything is GF except the pita bread. Select each option and watch them add it to your plate. I had the falafel and rice. Fresh, healthy food. Delicious! I had NO problems afterwards!!! Nice choice when you don't want to go to a restaurant.

OMG this place is awesome. I got a box and couldn't finish it. The ONLY thing with gluten in it is the pita and the Only thing with dairy is the cheese sauce, so I could basically eat anything which is so rare in my life. Make sure you try the ball sac!

I'm in love with this place! Dedicated gluten free fries make thick cut slightly seasoned and forever crisp french fries. Literally hours later, still crisp! you can eat everything here except the pita bread. been here 7 times in 3 weeks and never got sick. the owner is an awesome woman too and she makes an attempt to know her customers and train every employee to say hello as you go through the line and use your name. This place is so clean too (trust me I'm a nurse). The food is so legit, coming from. Jewish/Israeli family I know good food. This is it. I can't say enough about a chicken and rich box. Meat here is so savory. They are dairy free except for real locally sourced chedar cheese you can dip fries in too. Seriously a great place for vegans or vegetarians who love falafel too. their fryer never has meat products in it so you're safe. Literally this place is so healthy. It's packed with flavor and low in sodium. I usually salt everything, but have not had any desire to do that here. OMG why are you still reading this? Go eat there already!!!

Their falafel is gluten free. I thought their fries were over fried and tasted too much like potato chips, but I know some people like it that way. Huge portions: two lunches worth

Mediterranean to-go with 4 downtown Chicago locations. Falafel plates, along with chicken and steak Schaefers plates. Fresh ingredients. Regular and spicy falafel. Everything but the pita is gluten free. No cross contamination in the fryers, which only makes French fries and falafel. They will even change gloves on request. Very good and very safe. My new lunchtime go-to!

Delicious Mediterranean cuisine, gluten free options for entrees are the rice or lettuce box, they have non-gluten pita and laffa bread. There is steak, chicken or falafel options, and a line of toppings for the box. Ask them to change their gloves and they are very accommodating and nice. Delicious food and great fries as well! Tahini sauce is wonderful too!
