Y’all this is a ghost kitchen that shares a facility with other “ghost” restaurants. So if you have celiac I don’t know how they could possibly prevent cross contamination.
Definitely safe, food was pretty good. They’re open until midnight, so it’s a great option if you’re coming in on a late flight or need a late dinner.

We ordered Bens today after a long trip from the East Coast and it did not disappoint! How wonderful to have a gluten free restaurant deliver to our hotel. Excellent bowls and green smoothie.

You can also pick up your own order, which is convenient if on jury duty just a block away. This is one of those delivery/pickup only kitchens that houses multiple places. The food was really tasty.

We ordered delivery via Ben’s website. It came very fast and the food was everything the rave reviews promised! I had the pulled pork with chipotle sauce and it was excellent. My daughter found the balsamic sauce option a bit too bland, but was still thrilled with the healthy bowl she ordered and with the ethos of this place. As a Celiac, I am thrilled whenever I can order anything on the menu without worry! I hope Ben’s will continue to flourish. Prices are incredibly fair, too.

It was fast and good. Order online before you stop by and punch in your number on the back wall tablets when you arrive. This is just a shared kitchen with no service whatsoever.

I wish there is a clear sign to show: "NO DINE-IN" so I don't have to wasted my time and money to get in an Uber to get there. The address listed is a shared food preparation facility. Meaning, there is no actual restaurant. I took an Uber and found a Food preparation and pick up place for multi restaurants. This is not a dine-in. However, this evening, I made my 2nd attempt and ordered through doordash app. My husband and I have celiac and we use Nema test to detect gluten and it passed. See pictures for result. And we are our dinner in our hotel room and the food was delicious. I recommend.

It appears to be a shared building where several food businesses with no physical addresses do their cooking and food prep.
Update: the owner replied to my Google review and confirmed that his kitchen is dedicated gluten free.
I ordered from them on UberEATS and tested it with my Nima tester. The food was indeed gluten free. It was tasty and very healthy with lots of fresh vegetables.
