Pizza is made on the same surface with gluten pizza. Does not suit celiac (we did try to convince the staff to use a plate - did not work) Indeed GF kaiserschmern but no rosti and single choice of pasta. After reading former reviews we've had quite high expectations. Did not meet these expectations. Still it does provide support for a decent safe GF meal.

They had a lot of glutenfree options. There was glutenfree pizza, pasta, meat and more. I had the glutenfree kaiserschmarren and it was delicious. The staff was also very knowledgeable when I asked what was possible for me too eat glutenfree.
Lot’s of choices, marker om the menu whether are not gluten free. Waiter also come back and mentioned rösti also gf, they checken it. Pizza’s can be made gf. Finally choices the kaiserschmarn, gf of course.
Kaiserschmarren und andere Gerichte werden extra glutenfrei zubereitet. Super lecker, sehr empfehlenswert.
My hubby was happy about the glutenfree choices. He decided for Tiroler Gröstl.
The only place I found on a skiing slope in this area that has a large (10 items I guess) gluten free menu on the wall in the kitchen. Very friendly staff. Tasty local skiing food.
