I ate at Bernardi’s in Washington on 9/30/17. Unfortunately, my GF vegetable ravioli had a piece of regular spaghetti in it (about a 1” section). The manager, Josh, did not seem to understand the seriousness of the mistake. I politely tried to talk with him about where the GF process may have broken down to try to prevent this from happening again, but he was unable to have that discussion. He did say they use separate water for their GF ravioli. I tried to reach the owner, but I have not received a call back yet. The ravioli with meat sauce was delicious, though.
