I haven’t eaten here however I did call to ask about their GF options and how they handle GF orders. The woman on the phone answered that they have a GF sensitive menu although the options “depend on the severity of the allergy, there’s kind of flour getting tossed around everywhere back here”. So I would say it is definitely not safe for those with Celiac.
I ordered the chicken Marsala. It was good half way through finishing my plate I found a piece of pasta on it. I told them I needed gluten free when I ordered. The manager himself made me a new plate and took it off the bill. Just make sure to stress. Gluten free. We we notified a waitress that wasn’t ours and there were no questions asked she went yeah that’s not right and got her manger.
We were recently in town from Michigan. One of our family members has celiac disease and I did research ahead of time to find restaurants with gluten-free menus. We had visited a Bertucci's in another state and I was happy to find that they had a gluten-free menu. We all enjoyed our entrees. I highly recommend the sangria, both types!
Excellent eggplant gluten free and you have to try the sausage soup :)
What a fiasco at this restaurant. I called in a gluten-free pizza over the phone when I got to the counter I forgot to check. I made it to my car and open to find a fully gluten Pizza. I go back in and they don't even feel bad about it only offered to pay for the toppings which amounted to $32 for a small gluten free Pizza. Avoid
There is a small gluten free selection but the food is very good and the service is excellent.
