They adapt their menu to make almost everything safe for celiacs. We stayed at the hotel for three nights and ate there for dinner and breakfast. It is a buffet breakfast, but they plated up fresh food from the kitchen for us to avoid cross contamination. My son had pasta bolognaise, and a club sandwich. I had roast beef and roast chicken with GRAVY (!) and roast veg and mashed potatoes. They also made it dairy free for us and they made vegan meals for my husband. they have a gf brownie on the menu as standard. Only slight issue is that the staff seem to change very regularly but we found that they were all very friendly and very keen to help.
