Dedicated fryer. Dedicated toaster. Strict adherence to safety to avoid cross contamination.

Wonderful diner food. Their fries are amazing. No reactions. The driving directions this app gave were off though. Overshot by seven miles. Use Apple Maps or Google instead.

Old fashioned diner with good old-school burgers (not too big, not too expensive, quick service). My son with celiac was able to have chicken fingers amd fries. Doesn't feel like a place that should have so many gluten free options and yet it does!
Great knowledgeable staff. The owner, I’m told has Celiac disease. Everything but gravy and fried onions can be made gluten free at this time. I enjoyed the Breakfast Skillet with gluten free toast and bacon. It was delicious! I will definitely be back!
Excellent place for people who need GF diet around flathead. Everything on menu is GF with exception of gravy and onion rings. Staff double checked on allergies and noted on order. Big variety of choice.

Best choice in the valley for GF. Safe and very tasty dishes for all tastes. Even has a GF fryer so I can have tater tots! Highly recommend
Google maps was wrong - they are actually in Polson across from the lake! And their GF menu is HUGE!! we actually were able to have a late dinner because they had extended summer hours, so call and check if you think they’re closed, they might not be! Super experience and excellent food!
Service is good, and the food was decent. They are extremely careful about cross contamination and are accommodating for other allergies as well.
This place is awesome!! Food is excellent, fantastic service and food is perfect for those with gluten issues or celiac. The owner's daughter has celiac and so she takes food prep and menu options seriously. So many choices and the food was delicious!
An amazing gf menu in the middle if nowhere Montana!! All those big cities could learn a thing or two from Betty's.
It's small, relaxed, unpretentious and delicious. Dedicated gf fryer. We had dinner. I had a really really good gf French Dip sandwich -- the first in 3 years!

Huge GF menu. I may have been cross contaminated but I didn't stress that I had an allergy. I did ask about separate fryers and they verified that they do have a dedicated fryer. It's worth the stop; the prices and portions are great. Many choices, GF buns, bread, etc. Pancakes! Just make sure they know it's an allergy.
INCREDIBLE! I was actually given a whole menu with pages of delicious choices! Everything was gluten free! I had a French dip and the worlds best sweet potato fries! I was told the owner has celiacs and is very aware of cross-contamination issues & there are separate fryers. I wished I lived closer! My hubby is a gluten eater and lived his food also! High recommended.
