Adorable eatery with delicious, wholesome food. Staff was clearly gf-knowledgeable. GF options included sandwiches, salads and pastries.

I LOVE Bex!!! They have many GF options, and and great about subbing GF breads or chips in non-GF dishes. We can even do their supper club! Just inform them of any allergy or if you are celiacs, and they are amazing!

This little cafe has always been health food minded but now their menu features GF "rice wraps and English muffins." The only thing is I am not sure about how dedicated their kitchen space is for cross contamination.
