This is the only restaurant I have been able to find in Toronto that serves gluten free Korean food. While they are not completely gluten free, they take gluten very seriously. They have made variations on some of their sauces to make them gluten free. Menu items are very clearly marked. They apologized for the delay when we were there, as they washed all of their cooking tools specifically before preparing the gluten free meal to ensure there was no cross contamination. For every item that was placed on the table (including the tea) the waitress stated whether that item was gluten free or not. There are few restaurants where I’ve felt safer. Plus, it’s super tasty!
